It's always gratifying when I see people's Christmas lists have knitted items on them and can leap on them. Maybe they meant some sort of store bought knitted hat, but this is what they got. The yarn is Sundara's silky merino - I subscribed to them for a year, before indie dyers really took off, and I still have a lot of stash from them.
